Fabulous syrup; we use it every morning in our coffee, instead of sugar. If there's a day I run out and don't use it, I find the coffee disgusting; it literally changes flavor.

However, we buy it in the 1-liter size since we use it every day. I now use it everywhere: in desserts, in smoothies, in coffee instead of sugar.

Now I can't do without it.

It gives a special taste to my herbal teas and is perfect for matcha and all green teas because it does not interfere with the assimilation of antioxidants, as sugar does.

I love maple syrup and buy it whenever I'm in the United States or Canada.

I have to say, this one from MapleFarm is really excellent.

The flavor is quite rich, but not overly so, it's perfect for all uses in the kitchen, both as a topping for pancakes and as an ingredient in recipes.

It helps me greatly in keeping my recurring cystitis problems under control.

As per medical advice, I dilute it with water and drink it during periods when I know cystitis might recur.

The taste doesn't matter; what matters is the benefit for the urinary tract, which I assure you is significant!
