Whole wheat wrap with peanut butter and fruit

What is needed
Serves 1. Plus 30 minutes resting time.
70g whole wheat flour
35 ml of water
½ tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch of salt
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 tablespoon of Pure Creamy Peanut Butter
4 strawberries
10 blueberries
Seven steps
The powders
In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour, salt, and cinnamon.
The dough
Add water and oil and knead until you have a smooth ball.
Rest
Thirty minutes at room temperature.
Stretch
Roll the dough thin.
In a pan
Hot and lightly greased non-stick pan, one minute per side.
Stuff
Warm the wrap, spread it with peanut butter and sprinkle with sliced strawberries and blueberries.
Roll up
Close it and eat it warm.
If you prepare it in advance
Keep it covered with a cloth to keep it soft. You can prepare several, keep them in the freezer and take them out 30 minutes beforehand.
The fruit is up to you. Any fruit you prefer works well, and coconut flakes, chocolate chips, or granola pieces are also good additions.
