Milk, frozen blueberries, half a frozen banana, and two tablespoons of crunchy peanut butter. Blend and drink.

200 ml of semi-skimmed or plant-based milk (soy, rice, or oat)
60g frozen blueberries
½ frozen banana
2 tablespoons Pure crunchy peanut butter
Two steps
Blend
All ingredients in the blender, until creamy.
Fix
A teaspoon of maple syrup if you want it sweeter, a tablespoon of peanut butter on top if you want it richer.
Can it be prepared in advance
One day in the fridge, or frozen in ice cube trays: just blend the cubes when needed and it will become creamy again.
The fruit should be frozen, not fresh: that's what gives it its texture.
