2 small eggs

125 g four-grain flour

2 tablespoons of brown sugar

1 level teaspoon of baking powder

1 pinch of salt

125ml Greek yogurt

125 ml of milk

Strawberries or fresh seasonal fruit

Pure Gold Maple Syrup

Preparation

Six steps

Milk and eggs

Whisk them in a jug with a hand whisk.

The dust

In a bowl, flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.

Merge

Pour the liquid mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until a smooth batter is obtained.

The frying pan

Lightly grease it with butter and remove the excess with a paper towel.

Bake

Pour a ladleful of batter and flip the pancake when the first bubbles appear.

Plate

Garnish with Greek yogurt, strawberries, and plenty of maple syrup.

No timer needed. When the surface is covered with bubbles, the pancake is ready to be flipped.
