Fruit, chocolate, and maple syrup bars

Twenty bars from one pan
Blended oat flakes and coconut flour, all-purpose flour, eggs, and organic Dark maple syrup. Inside: chocolate, cranberries, dried apricots, and pistachios.

What is needed
Makes 20 bars, 23 × 30 cm pan.
150 g rolled oats
100g coconut flour
200g all-purpose flour
3 eggs
130 ml Organic Dark Maple Syrup
30g chocolate chips
40g dried cranberries
40g dried apricots
30g shelled pistachios
20 g pumpkin seeds

Oven at 170 °C
Turn it on now.
The flours
In a mixer, blend the oat flakes and coconut flour, then add them to the sifted all-purpose flour.
The dough
Add the eggs and maple syrup and mix until you have a thick, compact, and homogeneous mixture.
Fruit
With your hands, mix together chocolate chips, cranberries, knife-chopped apricots, and pistachios.
Baked
Pour into a 23 × 30 cm baking pan lined with parchment paper, press with your fingers, and level. Sprinkle with pumpkin seeds.
In the oven
About 25 minutes, until edges are golden. Let cool slightly and remove from pan.
The cut must be made when cold
Wait for complete cooling before cutting: the bar will crumble when warm.
Three by ten centimeters is the size that comes out of this pan: exactly twenty bars.
