White sangria with maple syrup

Six hours in the fridge, not two
Iced sparkling wine and soda, light rum, and Gold maple syrup. Inside: grapefruit, lime, peach, apricots, berries, and two cinnamon sticks.
Two hours are enough. Six are better: that's how long it takes for the fruit to release everything.
