Instructions

  • Peel the peaches, remove the stone and cut them into pieces
  • Place peaches in a blender, add maple syrup and blend until creamy puree
  • Wash the strawberries, remove the stems and slice them.
  • Arrange the slices in the bottom of popsicle molds.
  • Pour the blended peach pulp into the molds and insert wooden toothpicks.
  • Store in the freezer to chill at least overnight.
  • Remove the popsicles from the freezer and take them out of the molds only at serving time.
