Ingredients
- 6 slices of cereal or whole-wheat bread loaf
- 150g of Greek yogurt
- 40ml of
MapleFarm Pure Maple Syrup – Dark
- 1 egg
- 5 strawberries
- 5g of chocolate chips
- ½ kiwi
- ½ tangerine
- 40g cranberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- In a bowl pour Greek yogurt and 30ml maple syrup.
- Break the egg and beat with electric whips the minimum necessary to form a smooth cream.
- Arrange the loaf slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spread the prepared cream on each slice and decorate with fruit (blueberries, sliced strawberries and chocolate chips, sliced kiwi, mandarin segments).
- Cook for about 10 minutes, until the cream is firm but not too dry.
- Serve decorating with the remaining maple syrup.
