Citrus smoothie with maple syrup

Ingredients

  • 180 ml of orange juice (about 2 oranges)
  • 20 ml of lemon juice (½ fruit)
  • 420 g coconut cream (coconut milk plus concentrate)
  • 50 ml of
    MapleFarm Pure Maple Syrup – Dark
  • 250 g of mango pulp
  • 100 ml pomegranate juice

Instructions

  • Squeeze the oranges and the lemon half.
  • Pour the resulting juice into the blender glass and add 300g of coconut cream and maple syrup.
  • Operate for about 1 minute, until smooth and creamy.
  • Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
  • Separately, blend the mango pulp until pureed and mix well with one of the two parts coconut-citrus cream.
  • Blend the other half with the remaining 120 g of coconut cream and pomegranate juice.
  • Place the two compounds back in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
  • When serving, compose the glasses by alternating the two preparations to achieve the two-tone effect. Serve immediately.
