Cereal pancakes, Greek yogurt and maple syrup
Ingredients
- 2 small eggs
- 125g 4-grain flour
- 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 1 level teaspoon of baking powder
- a pinch of salt
- 125ml Greek yogurt
- strawberries or fresh seasonal fruit to taste
- 125ml milk
- MapleFarm Pure Maple Syrup – Gold
Instructions
- In a jug, mix the milk with with the eggs with a hand whisk.
- In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
- Pour over the egg-milk mixture and mix the two until the batter is smooth.
- Lightly grease a nonstick skillet with butter; remove excess with paper towels.
- When hot pour in a ladleful of the mixture, cook, and when the first bubbles form turn the pancake over and continue cooking.
- Plate the pancakes on a serving platter and garnish with the Greek yogurt, strawberries, and plenty of maple syrup.
