Instructions

  • Toast the bread slices on both sides.
  • Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit and peel them.
  • Slice one into slices about ½ cm thick and mash the flesh of the second one with a fork.
  • Condition both slices and avocado flesh with lime juice to prevent them from blackening.
  • Cream the cottage cheese with half the maple syrup.
  • Peel the banana and cut it into slices about 1 cm thick.
  • Heat the remaining maple syrup in a pan, add the banana slices and let them caramelize one minute per side and let them cool.
  • Spread 4 slices of bread with the ricotta cream and top with sliced avocado. Complete with sesame seeds.
  • Spread crushed avocado pulp on the remaining 4 slices of bread and top with caramelized banana and a few fresh raspberries.
