  • Pour 100 ml of milk into a bowl and dissolve the cornstarch in it.
  • In a saucepan, bring the remaining 300 ml of milk to a boil with the maple syrup, stirring continuously with a whisk.
  • Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat to low and add the 100 ml of milk with dissolved cornstarch, the chopped chocolate, and the cubed butter.
  • Mix well until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Continue cooking over very low heat until it thickens.
  • Quickly divide the mixture into the previously buttered individual molds and let it cool first at room temperature, then in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
  • Unmold the puddings onto serving plates and decorate them with diced mango pulp, a few fresh mint leaves, and a drizzle of maple syrup.
