130 ml of MapleFarm Pure Maple Syrup -BIO Dark

30 grams of chocolate chips

40 grams of dried cranberries

40 grams of dried apricots

30 grams of shelled pistachios

20 grams of pumpkin seeds
Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170°C.

In a blender, mix the oat flakes and coconut flour, then transfer them into sifted all-purpose flour.

Add the eggs and maple syrup, and mix well until you get a thick, compact, and homogeneous mixture.

Using your hands, blend in the chocolate chips, dried cranberries, knife-chopped dried apricots, and pistachios into the mixture.

Line a rectangular baking tray (23×30 cm) with parchment paper or grease it with a non-stick spray. Then, pour the mixture into the tray and press it down firmly with your fingers to level the surface. Sprinkle pumpkin seeds on top. Place the tray in the oven and bake for approximately 25 minutes (the edges should be golden). Then, let it cool down and remove it from the mold.
